so that是 以便/為了......
so有好多種用法. eg im so exciting..... 亦可以用作所以等……

'So that' shows the purpose. 'So' shows the results.
e.g.
I study hard in my assessment so that I can get high marks.
She was sick yesterday so that she could not go to school.
e.g.
