mancheung 的問題我也有想過，我猜是

1. 信是代理商寫給供應商，他接到零售商的投訴。
2. 商品有問題，會引起糾紛，銀行怕麻煩，不願出擔保。
3. 沒有擔保，當然提貨有問題。或亦可能因為商品有問題，大家不願提貨，那倉費誰付？當然是算到貨主的身上。

所以代理商趕快叫廠商解決問題。

整篇所述有混淆不清處

1. 「據客戶通知由於貴司的CARRIER信譽出現問題......」
那麼, 寫此信之人/公司是以什麼身份發出此信?

2. 「因此銀行很難做到bank guarantee給客戶」
銀行是否肯發出 bank guarantee 承諾會保證其「銀行客戶」於提貨
或收取服務後, 於信貸期完結前支付款項予供貨人/提供服務人, 全是
考慮「銀行客戶」之自身信貸能力, CARRIER信譽出現問題, 並不
構成銀行不批核 bank guarantee原因。

3. 供貨人/提供服務人如要先收客户 bank guarantee, 即要銀行做貨款擔保人,
對客户並不信任, 若未有bank guarantee提供, 根本不會發貨, 何來「延誤提貨
而產生倉儲費?」
