Help! Extremely dizzy/light headed for past week.?

This is a lot to read, I apologize! So for the past week I have been extremely dizzy/light headed. It started last Saturday out of NO WHERE. My other symptoms include: a headache around my eyes and lower forehead, some minor chest pains, slight shortness of breath at times but very occasional, and at times extreme nausea. But currently I am just extremely dizzy and have a lot of pressure above and behind my eyes (which is sometimes worse than others). I went to the doctor a few days ago and they gave me some medicine to dry out my system b/c they said maybe it had something to do with my ears/equilibriums. They basically just passed it off as vertigo. But the medicine did not help at all and I have been NON-STOP dizzy for the past week. Someone please tell me what this could be. Could it be something like anaemia? I don't know, but any suggestions would be great.
OH AND BTW..I AM 15 YEARS OLD. if that matters..?
Thankyou!

Well, shouldn't someone tell the Doctor that? All the Doctor knows is that you came in, he gave you a prescription and that's yet. He's not going to know that the prescription didn't work until someone tells him. At least call the nurse and ask if you should go back in.

Such symptoms are usually from the vasovagal response, it causes symptoms such as lightheadedness, nausea, the feeling of being extremely hot (accompanied by sweating), ringing in the ears (tinnitus), uncomfortable feeling in the heart, fuzzy thoughts, a slight inability to speak/form words (sometimes combined with mild stuttering), weakness and visual disturbances such as lights seeming too bright, fuzzy or tunnel vision, and sometimes a feeling of nervousness can occur as well. It's triggered by fear, anxiety and stress, a simple scent can set it off. It's very common, if you pass out, it's called vasovagal syncope, also known as the common faint.

You need to go back to the doctor. Yes, what you are describing can be related to your ears.
