想問下呢類題目係咪已經假設佢個殼做earthing~~~??????如果唔係..點解ans不是d?thx

There is no general rule. An electroscope works on the potential difference between the casing and the central electrode. Earthing of the casing is just to ensure that the casing is kept at zero volt (earth potential).
