First, you will have to ask your parents.

Due to the changes of Portuguese nationality law, your only hope in getting a passport is through your parents.

If neither of your parents is a Portuguese citizen, then you are out of luck.

If there is one, you will have to ask that parent to contact Portuguese Consulate General in Macau on your behalf to make your citizenship official (usually, his or her Citizen ID with your birth certificate, as well as your current ID should be good enough).

After that, you will be good to go.

"1981年11月之後在澳門出生的人仕不能憑屬澳門領土關係取得葡籍身份,除非父或母一方是葡國公民,就不論何時或在何處出生都會自動取得葡國國籍"。
