本人年過60, 不煙不酒, 一向健康正常, 不知為何最近一次精液呈現淺粉紅色, 懇請各方有識之士或名醫賜教 !
I aged over 60 am non-smoker & non-drinker & with good health. Kindly let me
have advice from knowledgeable fellows and relevant noted doctors why my
recent sperm appeared in light pink !

Your sperm get some blood in , maybe your exercise too vigorously , some blood vessel has been broken so blood gets into your sperm , or internally some tisssue has been damaged so let the sperm picks up some blood . If this happening lasts , go to see the doctor immediately .
