1.The transition from primary school to high school was a really scary experience for me. But I think I'm really lucky because I'm not alone - I've my sister and some girls from my old school. Also, I didn't expect to make friends so quickly. I'm not very good at communicating with others, so I thought it might take me a long time to make friends, but everyone is very nice here and I'm not nervous anymore. Even though there are a lot of things I still don't know, I already feel like I'm part of the school. In the end, I'm glad that I've come to XXXXX high school.

2. I can't remember much about what I did when I was little, but one of my favourite memories is my friends in year 4. I used to hang out with five friends, a, b, c, d and e. We used to play hide and seek at lunch and chat at recces. They used to write stories about how we protected earth and fought the devil. I used to look forward to meeting them every day. But then, A moved house and went to another school without telling us; C got mad at us for various reasons; and D didn't play with us anymore because he was in another class. About a year later, they all left the school and I didn't contact any of them again. I'm really glad that I met them but wish I could talk to them and see them again.

Don't say 'one of my favourite moments' because a moment is a very short amount of time - a single incident at the most - and you are talking about a whole year. Use spaces after your punctuation. Capitalise your I's.
