Percentage Error

樓上個位既答案應該係錯的。
可以參考以下做法:

The perimeter of the rectangle:
( 2 )*( 25 + 16 )
= 82 cm^2

Since it corrected to the nearest cm,
i.e. The absolute error is 0.5 cm.

The max. error of the perimeter of the rectangle:
( 2 )*( 25.5 + 16.5 )
= 84 cm^2

So,the percentage error of the perimeter of the rectangle:
[ ( 84 - 82 ) / 82 ]*( 100% )
= ( 2 / 82 )*( 100% )
= 2.44% (Corr. to 3 sig. fig.)
