BR業務地址及CI註冊辦事處地址是否要相同

按照商業登記條例第310章第二節有關“營業地點”：(a) 就根據《公司條例》(第32章)在香港成立為法團的公司而言，包括該公司的註冊辦事處；所以兩個地址一致係必然！僅供參考！

It is a normal practice that a business is being carried out in the Registered Office ( RO ). However, Business Address could be different from the RO Address as only RO must be provided under the Companies Ordinance. However, you have to obtain a separate Branch Business Registration Certificate from the Inland Revenue Department if the business is being carried out in a separate address from the RO.
