With so many bookkeeping details on how stocks are accounted for in the warehouse, this must come from real life. Here is my try.

We have a very reliable system in our receiving department. All shipping statements are properly stamped when they arrive and entered into our system at the same time. Copies of the stamped statements and a summary report generated from our system will be sent to you the next day so you can check on your side. We will update our system anytime we receive feedback from you. That is why your seasonal inventory check in June should not be a concern to both us.

The only thing that will be changed is that now all the stocks will have a new entry number. But don't worry, we do not have to physically change the number on the tags of each stock because when we check out the stock, the statement will show both the old and new entry number so there will be no mistakes.
