Please review the attached mail which was a mail you sent us earlier. There you can see the sum of the two products we ordered is $5000 US Dollars.

When we placed the order, you promised we shall receive our order by Dec 15 2011. Today is Feb 14 2012 and we still have not received our whole order yet. You have missed your promised date by a lot. Because of that, we have already lost 10% of the deposit from our clients.

Therefore we can only pay you the goods we have received so far. We will pay you the rest once we have received the rest.

Please reply us with an acknowledgement as soon as possible.

I refer to the attached email which was addressed to me regarding the two kinds of products amounted to USD5000.

Please note that the delivery date was scheduled on 15 Dec 2011 when we placed the order. Yet, today is 14 Feb 2012 and you still fail to deliver the products. The act of your late delivery has already resulted at a deduction of 10% deposit from our client. As such, we are prepared to settle only the balance of those finished products . We are going to pay for the rest of the products when they are ready.

Please confirm whether your would accept our request.
