What's the plural for ginger?

I like ginger. or should I say I like gingers.

The plural of ginger is gingers. Most English words can be made plural by adding "s".

If you say "I like ginger", it refers to a person called Ginger or a ginger plant.

If you say "I like gingers", it refers to people who are ginger.
