幫我改英文可以嗎?

Learning English is difficult for me. I have given up many times.
Sometimes, I'm scared to learn English because of its large vocabulary and complicated grammar rules.
I also find it hard to understand the native speakers.
I feel I am helpless and it is almost impossible for me to learn better.
I really want to change my daily routine to have a better use of learning environment for I have spent lots of time in learning the language without good result.
Therefore, I need to re-arrange my daily schedule wisely. I will listen to the audio CD (or tape) for 1-2 hours, review and enrich my vocabulary, keep up a conversation with my English-speaking friends on the Internet and write my diary in English.
I need to do this routine task at least 4 hours every day. With perseverance, I hope my English will improve over time.

I write my diary every day. (two separate words)

Sometimes, I'm scared of learning English because of huge number of vocabularies, complicated grammar rules, hardly understood the native speaker.
And that I regard it as useless [這子句regarded it (English) as useless意思是你(曾經或過去)認為英文是無用的)and impossible to learn better.(和實在無可能進步的了) [如果意思是如此便寫得正確-只修改為present tense，但跟前後文想法不合理；你是否想說你後悔視英文為無用和不能進步=I regret to have considered it useless and unable to learn better.]
I want to change my routine like this bad situation. I has spent a lot of my early times.[這兩句完全無法理解你的意思]
Therefore using my time as much as possible for learning.
So I need to arrange my xxx everyday scheme.
I listen the audio recordings for 1-2 hour, review the vocabularies,
make some conversations on the internet and write the diary everyday.
I practice English for at least 4 hours. I hope xxx I can advance my English by persistence [堅持]. [insisting意思是對別人要求上的堅持固執]
