Your question is way too vague. Did you buy a Mac computer, or a Lion OS X DVD?

If the Apple PC, Apple's website has tons of Tutorials for new OS X Users (below:), as does YouTube (search for OS X Lion).

If you bought the Lion DVD, AND do not have an Apple PC, you wasted your money, it's illegal to run OS X on non-apple computers.
