As posted - it makes no sense I'm afraid.

Adobe is responsible for the price of Photoshop. They do this from their home office.

The responsible price [whatever that means] is whatever a full, legal version of PhotoShop CS 5 is offered for, at any reputable local Computer Software Retailer, and on Adobe's website ($999+), of course.

So, I'm guessing you saw it on sale at some unscrupulous website for <> $78. And, these are the websites that "common sense" tells you to avoid.

You must suspect that these 'products' are illegally PIRATED copies of the REAL APP, or you wouldn't have asked.
