Do I have breast cancer?

Okay so I just noticed that I have this little lump on my left breast. It's small and soft and almost exactly below my nipple and pretty close to it. I also have had irritation between my breasts for the past few days. DX. Is it possible that this is breast cancer or something else? What's your opinion? Maybe I'm too young to get breast cancer? I'm only seventeen. I tend to be paranoid and all, but better safe than sorry, right? Please answer quick!!

No...It's just a skin condition. See your doctor, he will give you some cream. If the lump is "On" your breast...than No, Breast cancer is located deep within the breast...

More than likely, it's a small cyst. Is it painful? Cysts tend to be soft and kind of tender when pressed, whereas cancerous areas tend to be really hard and non-tender. My advice would be to watch it for a week or two. It will probably go away on its own. Avoiding caffeine and chocolate will help get rid of cysts. If you have pain, Tylenol or Advil should help.

It could be a cyst but i would see a doctor to be safe i have a few cyst on my breast and at times there painful but i would diffently get it looked at
