How can I add a language to a DVD?

I have a DVD which one of the languages was removed with DVD Shrink. I have the sound of this language, how can I add this sound to the DVD again?

You would have to remaster or reauthor the DVD, preferably with a more complete package than DVD Shrink - perhaps something like DVDFab.
