基本表達意思和指示都冇大問題，不過不太人性和以主權身份說話。另外你提出的是「由於」...「所以」...，如果可以寫出這些因由的詞語，會令讀你通告的一方感覺你比較有根有據地跟對方在處理問題而不是好像說對方之前有錯。[唔知點做account/adm的一般都是如此「直接」的]
細節上而言，each invoice其實所指的是有很多相同銀碼的invoices，所以如果可以補充或指明你所說的each invoice是指那些會更理想。
綜合例句
