居港權和香港特區護照

根據在1997年7月1日起實施的《入境條例》附表1第2段，如果你屬以下任何一項人士，即爲香港特別行政區永久性居民並享有香港特別行政區的居留權：(a) 在香港特區成立以前或以後在香港出生的中國公民。(b) 在香港特區成立以前或以後通常居於香港連續七年或以上的中國公民。(c) 中國公民在香港特區成立以前或以後在香港以外所生的中國籍子女，而在該子女出生時，該中國公民是符合(a)或(b)項規定的人。(d) 在香港特區成立以前或以後持有效旅行證件進入香港、通常居於香港連續七年或以上並以香港為永久居住地的非中國籍人士。(e) 在香港特區成立以前或以後(d)項的香港特區永久性居民在香港所生的未滿21歲的子女，而在該子女出生時或年滿21歲前任何時間，其父親或母親已享有香港居留權。(f) (a)至(e)項的居民以外在香港特區成立以前只在香港有居留權的人。 http://www.gov.hk/tc/residents/immigration/idcard/roa/faqroa.htm#/q1
香港特別行政區護照申請資格
如果你符合以下條件，即有資格申請香港特別行政區護照：
•是中國公民；
•是香港特別行政區永久性居民；及

I had traveled in Japan and Korea, the guides told me the same stories about their children's nationalities.
They (the guides) are HK people, many years ago, they went to Japan/Korea for further studies, then they got married with local girls. Their wives are Japanese and Korean respectively.(1)

Their children got delivered in Japan and Korea respectively, however, their children are both failed to get formal nationality, but PR.
Korean guide said his child needed to apply Taiwan Passport first, then back to HK and applied HKSAR Passport.

It is up to you to decide.

Both Japan and China do not recognize dual nationalities.

You can only pick one.

My suggestion is - give birth in Hong Kong and get the Japanese nationality.
