The teacher said : " If f(x) is an even function with period 2π, then period of f(x)sinx is also 2π." But the student said : " cos x is an even function with period 2π, but period of cos x sin x is π." Who is correct? Or both are correct? Why?

That's related to the definition of periodic function, it's better for you to see the following:
If a function f is periodic with period T, then for all x in the domain of f and all integers n, i.e. f(x + nT) = f(x).
