1. 先問一問with, by, using, by using的用法，有看過書，但從意思上其實都很難理解其差別，可能書本沒把這幾個preposition一同比較所以較難理解，只看到其中一章說using有時可以以by using取代。
從我書本上對兩個preposition的理解，感覺上by using也可以被with取代(但書本沒這樣說過)2. 之前有問過一句，大概是說「以下是對各部門的comment」，版本有幾個，其中一個大概為「Below is commentary from each department」，為什麼是用from而不是for？3. via是否能以through取代使用?
另外順便問一下一個英文句子翻譯：
1. 你能幫我檢查今個月的professional fee 為什麼比上個月用多10元?
Would you please help us to check why professional fee of this month increased by $10?

1) 若果要比較或運用with, by, using 和by using 的方法,是很難的事,除非是有上文和下文的意思,才可決定如何應用或作比較。2) below is the commentary from each department. 是指以下是從各部門而來的意見或評論。

through==from end to end or side to side of;entering at one side, on one surface, etc, and coming out at the other;
