1) read more books or magazine or newspaper daily. Better to read an article aloud for 15-20 minutes daily.
2) watch and listen to English Channel. Start from news as there is subtitles in English.
3) check the meaning of every single word in a dictionary or the web dictionary and write it down in a pocket diary so you can take it out for revisions whenever you want.
4) Do write a few sentences (at least 5 sentences every day ( daily). Or try to do some translation from Chinese newspaper into English
5) Look into the mirror and talk to yourself in English when you wake up. - let me brush my teeth, then wash my face, then have breakfast before changing clothes.
