今天（2012年2月8日），本人向你辭職 。
依照本人的僱傭合約，本人須給予公司一個月離職通知，因此，由今天起至2012年3月8日，本人仍會繼續 全力以赴，努力為公司工作，並盡力做好與接任者的工作交接。
本人要求公司在本人的最後2012年3月8日離職後 於（2012年4月10日）或之前，將本人的所有結餘工資、年終賞金、假期工資、公積金等全數發放給我。
另外，本人請公司給我工作證明書，以證明我在公司的服務期間及良好紀錄。
本人對能在貴公司工作，實在深感榮幸。
