Have any of you purchased one, and did it really help your relationship? Details please.

If I were going to spend money on helping my relationship, because we hadn't been able to work things out ourselves, I'd much rather see a live counselor than pay for some online program...I'll go to school online (and did), but I won't rely on an online program to help with something as personal as a relationship...

Nothing works in fixing a broken relationship unless the two people involved in it work together.

Pretty much all the self help programs fit into a few categories.

1. Faith-based save your marriage programs.
2. Non-faith-based save your marriage programs.
3. The talking head programs.

Pretty much all of the programs are designed to get a couple to participate in each other's lives and to learn to communicate and do things together which will enrich their relationship.

If you want to fix your relationship, then it takes cooperation. If you feel you can't get to that level, you can try counseling and see if a counselor can facilitate communications.

I think individual counseling would help more and the books "the 5 love languages" by Dr Gary Chapman see website and "love dare" see "fire proof my marriage".
