從倫敦去德國柏林
BNO是有STUDENT VISA的，也有特區護照，
這兩個都需要事先拿簽證才能出境么？

BNO 和特區簽證持有人進入德國是不用簽證的...如果你的學生簽證在BNO, 建議你用 BNO 出遊, 會方便一點...

Both BN(O) and HKSAR Passport do not require a visa to travel to Germany.
