(1)来庁して手続を行う場合

手続者は、参観者名簿及び身分を証明できるものをご持参の上、宮内庁管理部管理課参観係窓口にお越しください。

＊参観希望日の７日前を過ぎたものであっても、来庁して行い、かつ１件 について９人以下であり、管理部長が認める場合には参観希望日の前日 まで申請手続を行うことができます。

【受付時間】開庁日(土･日･祝日･休日及び年末年始を除く。)の午前8時45分から正午まで及び午後1時から午後5時まで(2)郵送により手続を行う場合予約済みの参観希望日時、団体名(１０人以上の場合のみ)､代表者の氏名、 住所、性別、年齢、電話番号及び申込人数を明記した用紙（様式は問いませ ん。)及び参観者名簿(前記(1)と同じ)を用意し､返信用封筒(返信先を記載し､ 所要の切手を貼付したもの)を同封の上､宮内庁管理部管理課参観係あてに郵 送してください。(3)インターネットにより手続を行う場合（http://sankan.kunaicho.go.jp/） 上記のアドレスにアクセスして必要事項を入力してください。手続完了後、参観の許可を通知します。なお、同行者に18歳未満の方が含まれる場合には成年者が申込みをしてください。【受付期間】

Application Guidelines for Tours of Visitingthe Imperial Palace (Free of Charge)
Individuals wishing to visit the Imperial Palace should apply for approval in accordance with the following guidelines:

To join the tour, please choose one of the following ways for application.
(1) Applying by telephone Make a reservation in advance by telephone for the date and time when you wish to visit. Reservations are acceptable from the first day of the preceding month to the tour date up to one day before the tour date.
Example: To visit the Palace on April 20(weekday), please apply on weekdays between March 1 and April 19.
In case of full booking, your application will not be accepted.
After making your reservation, you are requested to apply for a tour permit at least one day before the tour date.
Upon receipt of the application, the permission card will be issued.
* When you visit the Imperial Palace to get a permission card, please bring your passport or appropriate identification to the counter in the tour office, through Sakashita-mon Gate.
Please register name(first/family), gender, age, nationality, and home country address(or the passport number and address of your stay in Japan )of all members.
Your delegate may register on behalf of them.
The tour office is open from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and days from December 29 to January 3). (2)Applying by Internet
