Reactants:
O.N. of Na in NaClO3 = +1
O.N. of O in NaClO3 = -2
So +1 + O.N. of Cl in NaClO3 -2*3 = 0
O.N. of Cl in NaClO3 = +5

Products:
O.N. of Na in NaCl = +1
O.N. of Cl in NaCl = -1
O.N. of O in O2 = 0

So the O.N. of Na in overall reaction does not change.
The O.N. of O in overall reaction increases from -2 to 0.
The O.N. of Cl in overall reaction decreases from +5 to -1.

Hence, ans: B
