black ops or mw on ps3?

ok so i want to buy either black ops or mw3....but i heard not many people get online in black ops as much as they used to because now they had mw3. i have a ps3 and i played both those games on xbox but as you could predict my brothers hog it so i want to know which is better. and please im talking as in people who own a ps3 im not interested in people who own an xbox!!

Well I play black ops and there are many people still playing. I played mw3 and honestly i like black ops better. MW3 is the new game tho so it will be the more popular game. Overall its ur choice .. u should know which one you like better before ..

MW3. Black Ops is outdated. I went on today and found 100,000 people online. On MW3 there are 3 Million. To the answerer who said it will get YLoD (Yellow light of death, PS3's version of Red Ring) , NO IT WONT! My PS3 has been playing all the cods since cod4, and its the launch model! i got it in 2006 and its never stopped working, even after leaving it on overnight. Get mw3

It's probably true that you'll find a lot of people on modern warfare 3 over Black Ops, but you'll have no trouble finding a match on Black Ops.

Neither. Both Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3 on PS3 will get the YLoD.
