Can anyone help me register a new account in SharedTalk??
(i had been violeted the rule of the site and i don't know the reason, they might be seal off my ip to register)
i want to learn my english in this site so please help me

In the Shared Talk share in to have a part in english speaking activity telling someone about you.If you want to learn your English in this site,then you should send an apology e mail to explain why you violated the rule by sharing out to others.
In apology you should give a formal expression of regret at being unable to attend their e mailing or social function and that you have a poor example of response. This are a few justification defence for yourself.You can possess the SharedTalk again if you don't have any omission of mails.
