You need to ask your buyer to send you his/her address in characters. The only thing that will need to be written in English is "People's Republic of China."

Based on addresses in Nantong, Jiangsu, China, your address is:

People's Republic of China
江苏省 南通市 226007
学田路152-505号
Liu Jianhua

In Pinyin (Romanization of the characters) (for your customs label), you'll use:

Recipient: Liu Jianhua
Address: 152-505 Xuetian Lu
City: Nantong
Province: Jiangsu
Postal code: 226007
Country: People's Republic of China

You can cut and paste this address onto a sheet of paper and print it out and paste it to your item.

When sending ANYTHING to CHINA ALWAYS use the Chinese Characters (江苏省) as well as the PIN YIN ( ROAMAN LETTERS... Phonics sounds)

My Father has mailed many things to me in Guangzhou, China. I always instruct him to fill the shipping form with the PIN YIN and then print out the Chinese address that has Chinese Character on it. Then Tape that on 4 sides of the box.

You are NOT making that in ENGLISH. That is the PIN YIN.. and that is the Correct way.

So... add the CHINESE CHARACTER and the above PIN YIN as you have it. I don't think we can really know if what you have is correct. Only you know what was sent to you. Maybe you should include the CHINESE Characters so someone could translate it back to PIN YIN.
