SOLUTION
As the length and the breath are measured to the nearest cm,
11.5 <= length < 12.5
9.5 <= breath < 10.5
Area = length * breath
11.5 * 9.5 <= A < 12.5 * 10.5
109.25 <= A < 131.25
Answer (B)
