You can still buy another Amulet of Mara from a general store merchant sometimes. I've heard people having success at the one in Solitude. However, you cannot remarry in the game if you're playing either on the PS3 or 360 version. But you can reset it using the console if you're playing the PC version.

If you are playing on PC you can just cheat yourself back the items, just type
"player.additem 000C891B 1" (without quotes), then go here: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Marriage#Divorce and use Alternative #2
If you are playing on console, you supposedly can find some amulet of mara in bandit camps, but you cannot get married again
