How can you demonstrate your income is your issue.

In term of financial resources, you have enough.

The only issue is your intent to return (or in opposite, intention to stay) is weak.

If you have your business registration from IRD, it may help.

Also, a tax return will also help, even you don't pay tax.

you are self employ, that is ok if you can prove it. you didn't pay tax is fine to US offical, but you should able to show your income.
have 100,000+ in bank is just ok,
you do have chance, but slim.

US VISA always depends on some luck. To increase your chance, I suggest you to:

- Bring proof for your $100k saving.
- If your bank statement has money In and Out every month to save your 100k, it should be fine as a replacement of employment-letter.
