Before commenting on your suggested Chinese name, it's better for you to give us your English name first.

石银河 means stone, silver and river. Does your English name has similar meaning or not?

係,唔知你英文名,答唔到你好唔好

1a little bit weird + not make sense (has nth to do w/ your surname)
2 because according to your surname, should be 羅賓勞 or sth like that
羅=common Chinese surname
賓=n--guests/v--be polite & friendly to guests in ancient Chinese
勞=n--hard work/v--pay effort/adj-hardworking
a name that once people see, will know you are foreigner

Frankly speaking, if you are looking for a real Chinese name which could sound a bit more like our common Chinese name, you'd better choose another name because it doesn't make any sense since stone differ largely from galaxy. Also, it sounds wired. I believe

many Chinese will feel ridiculous if you tell them your Chinese name is 石銀河.

If you are choosing a Chinese name as your nickname, I advise adopting Oliver_915's suggestion of choosing 利賓納 as your Chinese name. On the one hand, it is a bit more

related to your English name "Rabinowitz". On the other hand, it doesn't sound wired or ridiculous anymore. Also, everyone knows what it is, which means this name can easily impress itself on the memory of all the Chinese.

Your Chinese name should contain the original meaning of yours'; because that'll allow to remember the original name. Your Chinese name bears the meaning of rock galaxy(石銀河) that means Rock being the surname and galaxy, the middle name. In my opinion,that is a very good name if not taking your English one into concern. and of course it does not sound weird and made sense too.

I made the first two up by myself, the second one means kind and nice but i'm not sure what's the proper meaning of the first one, but it does sound nice in cantonese,and the third one i've tried to sub. another word in it base on what you seems to like it very much.
