糖係電解質，首先講下咩係電解質，電解質係可以電解嘅物質。
基本上所有化合物都可以係電解質，因為所有化合物都可以電解，包括絕源體(如果電壓夠大，所有野都可以導電，包括木、玻璃、水、膠，仲有你同我)(跟本沒有所謂嘅絕源體)，所以糖係電解質。
這個就係你本書嘅意思?但係如果你係這樣定義電解質嘅話，電解質這個詞語根本冇意義，你本書低能嘅，唔洗理佢。我同你講糖絕對唔係電解質。仲有，佢話糖係「較差的電解質」。咩係「較差的電解質」，邊方面「較差」，係味道嘅方面?你覺得糖好難食?定係健康嘅方面?食得太多糖有糖尿病?所以話你本書低能嘅。
