Is it true that to enter law school in Canada you first have to get another degree first?.?

like, I've heard about this and I wanna go to law school real bad but I can't seem to find anything that proves this. And as I'm currently not living in Canada, well..... help?

Yes. The system is similar to the American one where law is a graduate program which requires an undergraduate degree to enroll. The exception is Quebec, where the educational system is similar to that of the French and law is an undergraduate degree.

It's like that too in the Philippines just like Medicine and I wouldn't be surprised if it were true worldwide. In some countries, a law degree is akin to a Doctorate degree. You have to graduate college first before you enter law school. I always advise my students to take accounting first, not political science, if they intend to go to law. That way they get to be familiar with both money and the law which is what practically controls our lives anyway.
