宣誓書有法律效用

我上網搵過咩係宣誓書, 以我既認知就係一樣證明文件. 但我好想知其實宣誓書有無法律效用? 因為我見人要脫離關係登報紙要宣誓書, 但父子 母子 關係唔係唔可以脫離!? 咁點解仲要呢份文件先可以登報!? 咁如果無法律效用 點解仲要整呢樣野!?

1. Yes - as the declaration is made under penalty of perjury of the law.2. No - because it is not recognized by the law. People tend to do that because of financial reasons.
