passive voice questions 用法

wh- word question:
Wh-word + auxiliary verb (is/was/were/will...) + subject + the remaining part
e.g. How is she going to make the solution?
How is the solution going to be made by her?
e.g. When will Mary watch the film?
When will the film be watched by Mary?
e.g. Where did she buy the cheese?
Where was the cheese bought by her?
e.g. Why did you make this decision?
Why was this decision made by you?

Four special cases about what, whose, what, which
e.g. What will you write a new novel?
What will be written a new novel?
e.g. Whose car did someone steal last week?
Whose car was stolen last week?
e.g. Who stole my pen?
By whom was my pen stolen?
e.g. Which cake does you like best?
Which cake is liked best?

yse/no question
auxiliary verb + subject + the remaining part
e.g. is Mary cleaning the house?
Is the house being cleaned by Mary?
e.g. Do Tim sing "ABC" at the school?
Is "ABC" sung at the school by Tim?
e.g. Should he buy a cake?
Should a cake be bought?
e.g. Had dad washed the car?
Had the car been washed by dad?
e.g. Did he give her any chance?
Was she given any chance by him?
e.g. Is Maria preparing for the lunch?
Is something being prepared for the lunch by Maria?

above, is change from active into passive. If you know how to change, I think you will know how to change the passive into active.
