正確,但如果包括你發給誰,意思更完整.不然現在像你是發給看你電郵的人,但先要他/她看例:Please kindly read the following e-mail content before my sending to xxx(比較正式)

其實content我自己都唔會用,的確多餘,不過你強調咗就清楚,唔一定要刪,而且文法+意思冇錯.e-mail/email都一樣嘅,不過我一直都寫e-mail,review真係好過read,但read唔係錯,check都得.我個尾正式過002,你將read轉做check/review,其他我都係我個版正式d,不過你鍾意,可能後面有人寫得更好.

I agree with 002 BadApple. Replacing "read" with "review" clarifies the context. My version is:
Please review the following email before I send it out.
* "kindly" is repetitive.

As fas as I'm concerned, there's nothing wrong with this sentence, but you might use " contents' instead of " content". Wish you A Happy New Year.

你的句子大致沒問題, 能達到你想要表達的意思, 但字詞/語調運用上可更改一下, 感覺較有禮貌.
