In order to provide good customer service, we will try to contact the account holder on the registration day (according to the account holder's personal record) to remind the winner for registration.
According to the Lottery Rules, in case you are unable to register the winning during the registration period, you may lodge a claim regarding this. The validity period for collecting prize for all winning entries is within 60 days from, but excluding, the date of the relevant draw. Therefore, a claim should be lodged within the validity period. However, the Club will investigate and decide on whether to entertain the claim or not based on it's findings and circumstances of the claim.
