我唸住 2011年12月24號 遞信辭職
我正常應該 2012年1月25號 正式離開
但那天是紅日

所以辭職信 with effective from ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ 應該寫幾多號

同信內 要不要註明 一個月通知日期

我寫信內容：
Dear Managers


I regret to inform you that I decided to resign from my present designer Assistant with effective from 2011 / 12 / 24.


Thank you for giving me a change to learn and gain the valuable experience in design company


I hope my resignation would not cause you much inconvenience.


Thank you for your king attention and would appreciate if you could let me have a reference letter before leave.
