Ok i heard on Origin i can activate games or something, im assuming this means that i can get my ps3 copies of dead space 1 and 2 on my computer right? Now i dont have an account there, i have a steam but im new to it. Can i do the same? Is there anyway to copy a ps3 game to the steam account? I have done something like it with Portal 2

You can't get your PS3 games on the PC -- they're considered 2 different games, and you'd have to pay for them again.Steam and Origin are two totally different systems, one by Valve and the other by EA.
Portal 2 is the only game that gave you a free PC copy if you bought the PS3 version, and that's a Steam game, not Origin.

I'm pretty sure Portal 2 is the only game where owning a PS3 copy gets you the PC version of the game. Otherwise, PC and PS3 or Xbox360 versions of the same game are treated as completely different entities; buying one only gets you the version you bought.
