To start with, I have to finish 15-hour social service in social service subject, and I learn to understand others' needs, for example, I join an elderly-asylum-visit, and find them inconvenient in lives which need help. Moreover,we learn to trust others and accept the judgements of adults, in the process of social servise, we must listen to others'comments, no matter positive or negative, and self-review.
The next subject is outdoor training, I have to finish a two-day-and -one-night trip which the aim, itinery, food, eqippments and fist-aid kit are all planned by myself. This subject trained my leadership thoroughly. I have to lead my team-members to find the destination, we should not give up, with the determination to finish the task. I also learn to plan and carry out the plan is difficult in real life, that thorough planning let us act more effectively and easily, when facing difficulties and challenges, just like we do in the task, if we take the wrong route, we must not be frustrated, but defeat it. Even in the society, we must make decisions,and take the blame if we choose a wrong path. A successful task needed a good team, I learn to organize, and be humble and considerate, not only command, but also listen, I become more maaturein this aspect.
In techniques subiects, I join the campus TV organized by the school. I learn the imagination power and agressiveness are important, I also understand that I have to pay attention to the details of tasks and finish well-preparation and organization.
The final subjest is P.E, I join some JPC recreational activities, which I learn the importance of health and response. We are lack of exercises in real life, these activities give me a more healthy life.
In the future, I will continue to join the scheme AYP , and gain more knowledge and friends, in order to form a good foundation for my future.
