交通法例:車輛倒後限制

任何司機在道路駕駛汽車時，不得使該車輛向後倒行

第42條一般駕駛規則
(1) 任何司機─
(c) 在道路駕駛汽車時，不得使該車輛 (非屬在道路上用於建築或修理工作的機械裝置)向後倒行 ，除非如此向後倒行是可安全地作出的，且倒行的距離或時間並不超過為着車輛佔用人或其他道路使用者的安全或合理方便所必需者；
(1) A driver shall not-
(c)drive a motor vehicle on a road so that the vehicle (other than plant engaged on road construction or repair) travels backwards , unless it can be done in safety and is not done for a greater distance or time than may be necessary for the safety or reasonable convenience of any occupant of that vehicle or of other users of the road;
