請問每日應該做幾多下掌上壓同Setup?
每日做定隔日做好??
有D人話重質不重量,點樣做既效果先最好?
我想練下肌肉!

dont do it everyday or it will hurts your muscle. your muscle need to rest at least 48 hrs after you workout....For push ups i recommend you do as much as you can until failure for 3 sets, rest 30-45 sec between each set. do 3 ways push ups are more beneficial than one. there has 3 different variations, you can do triangle push ups follow by regular push ups, which is about your shoulder width, and follow by wide grip push ups. triangle push ups is harder but it basically can work the inside of your chest; a wide grip push ups can work more on your chest and you wont shift the weight to your triceps. so you have totally 9 sets for your chest workout. For sit ups i recommend you to do 4 sets of 15 repetitions for each set and rest about 30 sec between sets. but keep in mind though, you dont have to rest 2-3 days for abs workout (sit ups), take alternative day to do sit ups and other day for rest and so on.
