What are the 3 things about the advantages and disadvantages of employees wear uniform for work?

An advantage is everyone would recognize employee as an employee and not a consumer. With that said, I personally think it is better for employees to make their self known to the public who they are serving. I think it is better not to use a uniform, but simply have a dress code so employees can express their individuality.

Advantages

1. Everyone's equal.
2. They all look professional.
3. If the Employee is brilliant, people will know exactly where they work.

Disadvantages

1. Employees can't express themselves with clothes.
2. No Freedom of speech.
3. If there's a stain on the uniform, the employee can't just wear another shirt.
