You should do whatever you think you can sustain for as long as you want to keep the weight off. That is, it has to be a lifestyle change. I would wait until you are done growing to lose the weight. I would focus on getting exercise and eating healthier so your body can finish growing. Trust me, I did the same thing when I was 17 and really stunted my growth. 3 years later, my body hasn't recovered. Everyone's body is going through changes when they are in their teens; you have no idea what you will eventually look like. Wait it out a few years and focus on developing sustainable habits that you can do for the rest of your life.

There are many calorie calculators available in the market that may deliver you a "commencing factor", no longer an distinct quantity for the reason that that's an man or woman factor. But an excessively sensible factor to try this consistently comes up very virtually the calculators/formulation is simply multiply your present frame weight via 12 for those who wish to lose fats. If you're presently very obese, then multiply your GOAL weight via 12 rather. Eat that many energy for two weeks earlier than exchanging something. Then assess the size and reflect or graphics. Are you wasting? if this is the case, then keep there. If you're no longer wasting fats, then its consistently great to activity extra instead than slicing energy any extra. So at that factor, begin doing aerobic three x a week. Basically, most effective transfer your energy downward after getting exhausted all different choices.

You don't need to lose any weight. And to maintain your weight you should consume around 2000-2200 calories per day.

You don't need to lose weight. 124 is a perfect weight for 5'6".
Best ways to diet, even tho you don't need to is stop eating:
Oils, fats, chips, pizza -- anything oily and fat
Sugars: no pastry, cakes, pies, ice cream, candy..
Starch: no noodles, rice, potatoes, macaroni..

Drink big glass of water before meals; you won't have room left to eat too much.

No need to do any of this unless you have bad complexion...or til you weigh over 130
