D) 應該是 has been sold房子是 被 賣掉, 自然要用被動 to be sold
這題的重點在
"The old house with all its beautiful furniture" 是單數所以用 has been sold
如果題目寫"The old house and all its beautiful furniture" 就成了複數, 要用 have been sold
