Mass of an object is a measure of the quantity of matter inside it while gravitational mass of an object is a measure of the gravitational attractive force acted on it (i.e. the weight of the object). Hence, mass and gravitational mass are two different quantity.
Mass of a body is usually denoted by m while gravitational mass of a body is usually denoted by W=mg, where g is the gravitational acceleration of a planet.

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. There are numerous equations which can evaluate the quantity of mass. For example, we can obtain the quantity of mass of a body when finding out the values of the net force acting on the body and its acceleration and at last put it into the equation F=ma.
