(a) Turn-ratio = 220/5Hence, no. of turns in primary = 200 x 220/5 = 8800
(b) SInce the transformer is a step-down transfomer, the thicker wire is used to accommodate the large current that flows in the secondary.
(c) Current in primary = 1.5 x (5/220) A = 0.034 A = 34 mA
